Welcome to Moods PDX! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.moodspdx.com) and any services, products, or content offered by Moods PDX LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. Who We Are

Moods PDX is a curated pop-up and online shop featuring fun, giftable goods from women-owned businesses across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We offer new arrivals, vintage finds, cheeky gifts, and feel-good retail therapy, both online and in-person.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our website and make purchases. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options as offered at checkout.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed quickly (usually within 2–4 business days), so if you need to make a change, email us ASAP at hello@moodspdx.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, and mail carrier service. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Moods PDX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for updates if your package is delayed or missing.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s not quite right, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

We accept returns for store credit only, and only for unused items in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked final sale, vintage, or secondhand are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, email hello@moodspdx.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to display products and descriptions accurately, but small variations may occur. Many of our items are made in small batches, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition—so if you love it, grab it while it’s here!

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, photos, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Moods PDX LLC or our featured makers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Community Guidelines

We love our customers and believe in inclusivity, kindness, and good vibes. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in any interaction with Moods PDX (online or IRL) will not be tolerated and may result in being blocked or banned.

9. Limitation of Liability

Moods PDX LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of or inability to use our website, products, or services.

Our products are intended for general use and are not guaranteed to cure bad moods (but they might help).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
